The trail has been repaired and when the snow and ice is gone, it will take you to Waterworks Park where you can follow park roads to Fluer and then take bike friendly paths to downtown Des Moines. At Fluer, you can choose to take the path up to Martin Luther King or alternately go through Grays Lake and take the path to Principal Park.
